We got the same day service once we told Aptive our concerns. We didn't get the technician's name but he was extremely professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the service. It is a great feeling that we can depend on someone when we actually need it. Thank you!

Freddie was awesome. I asked to have the technician make contact with me prior to my service. He called me and let me know when he would be at my home and I told him we would go over some concerns when he arrived. The concerns were addressed as the service was completed.

He did not finish the treatment, he said he will come back today at 1pm, and he never show up or call, I'm very disappointed, I never thought you're so irresponsible. I want to cancel my contract due to your negligence.

Had our 1st service on 5/20/20. And today on 5/21/20 my husband noticed some wasp nest that wasn't knocked down, and it was told to us that was supposed to be apart of the service.
