Marcos was very nice and professional. He was thorough with his work but was able complete his job in a timely manner.
Tom is an excellent technician. He goes out of his way to please his customers. All people should be willing to please like Tom. Great guy.
The technician did a fantastic job! He educated me on the chemicals being used and how he would treat the area. He reinforced that if I had any other problems to give aptive a call because they aim to please the customer!!
Abigael Garcia was great he asked us some questions. He listened carefully to our answers and responses. He was very polite and did a great job.

Derick McCulley represents your company well! He was nice to talk to and made it very clear if any need for follow up treatment it was available. I was a little hesitant to sign up for service, but when there are techs such as Derick, the hesitation goes away.
Tyree game me a call in advance, discussed what he planned to do during his visit and made notes regarding the need for an inside pest control spraying. Tyree did a great job!
The technician was very nice and informative. He let me know when he was ready to treat the backyard because we needed to let the dogs in. He sprayed around our deck thoroughly where we get a lot of spiders, wasps and carpenter bees. He did a great job!
