Did a great job. He even patched a hole where wasps were getting inside the garage.
He was very friendly and kept his distance during this pandemic time. Seemed to be doing a good job. Thank you so much for being our bug guy this time
Very understanding and is taking care of the. Problems, make him our permanent person.
I have called repeatedly and made clear the issues that we are having at our home and they have not been resolved once. We are overrun with fire ants and hornets and I now have a puppy with fire ant bites because the yard is never maintained even though I call consistently and let you guys know what we need. I'm to the point where I spend my weekends trying to eradicate them myself for the sake of being able to go outside but that is NOT what I am paying for. I see zero change from when you guys come and spray to when you don't. Really disappointing.
On time, professional and performs all services as promised. Was mindful of all animals and provided information in going forwards as well.
Josh Gow was our sales person. He was very informative about this product and discussed our problem with my husband. Said the company would do the spraying the next day.
The next day Anthony showed up to do the spraying. He also was informative and handled his job as expected.
To early to comment on the final results since I just had it done. If it works as plan I will be very happy.
Technician arrived on schedule and completed the job quickly. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
Not happy with this service. First and foremost, he left the gate open when he left. It allowed my dog to run off, took a good while to find him and bring him home. Second he did not address the problem with the light on the back porch, It is high but they used to clean it until the last couple of services. There is dirt or mud around the light fixture, some kind of bugs building a nest.
My tech arrived Friday at 9:26 am according to my doorbell cam. He got his equipment off the truck, sprayed, and returned his equipment to his truck. He rang the doorbell again at 9:39 am to tell me he was finished. Is there any wonder why I have killed three bugs in the last two days in my home???
