Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did his job efficiently and effectively.
Shawn Gruebele was very helpful in explaining how to get the voles away from our pool. I had already spent about $60 on my own trying to get rid of them, and I am confident that Sean will have this taken care of and I feel relieved that he will be back in 30 days to check and see the progress of the work. The service of Aaptiv sounds like a good value to me since we had to pay another company to get rid of mice inside of our house last winter, and now we will get year-round help.
I am a first time customer of Aptive. Before, I signed up for indoor + outdoor pest control treatment for my home, I requested explanations on the safety of the pesticides they planned to apply. Aptive provided me some details. I appreciate their genuineness in providing me such info.
Megan Hansen was the technician to provide the service on 5/22/20. She was polite & friendly in all her transactions during her work, diligent in her service. She wore booties, hand gloves, and face mask (Covid-19 lock-down time) to ensure safety for all of us. I give Megan an EXCELLENT grade for caring for everyone's safety. Your service was not AT ALL what i was sold on. Very disappointed. Your tech spent all of 13 mins at my location with 5 of those 13 mins in his truck.
You need to provide further training to your sales team, they are either un-knowledgeable of your services or lying to make a sale, I was told aptive was a leader in the pest control business, after the service today i find it unlikely you are a leader in any capacity. Have a great day.
