Thomas Cargill was polite and thorough and very respectful. He explained all the procedures during his inspection and answered all our questions clearly. It would have been Nice to receive the welcome notification and contract agreement for review before the visit which was frustrating And ultimately slowed the inspection but other than that the inspection went as expected.
