Technician did a great job and deserves the $5.00 extra. I don’t have his name as it wasn’t in the email. Service was in Pasadena MD.
Technician Courtney Gist treated our home on Tuesday (5/26). He was professional, well spoken and thoroughly explained the process. Service was expeditious and he advised to call anytime for an out of cycle service if needed. I've enjoyed the overall experience and customer service from Aptive. The Sales Manager Scott was equally professional and down to earth. Thanks Aptive for providing great service and superior customer relations! Your a great model for other companies to follow.
Your tech lacks experience locating major ant beds after a little overnight rain also lacks the ability to ask the proper questions to find out the major spots.... He walked around for 5-10 mins and left without consulting with me to let me know the areas that he treated.... I know my yard I walk it everyday with my pets.... I also showed the young lady my most concerned areas and your tech didn't bother to treat those areas....
So far satisfied. So let’s see how this looks in a couple of weeks.
The technician was friendly, pleasant and informative. He was very thorough in his spraying and explained what treatment he did.

Yesterday, May 27, was our first service, and Christian was very pleasant. I appreciated the detailed digital report of which pesticides were applied. My only other observation is that the green service card that Christian gave me at the time of service did not have his name on it and did not have any of the specific service boxes checked. Christian said that he did not have a pen with him. I also asked him if he would be the regular technician servicing our property, and he said that he wasn't sure.
Very personable as he worked around our mowers that unexpectedly showed up early. Thank you Maurice!
Your tech rang my doorbell and as I was unable to get to the door I spoke with him thru the app. He was polite and professional and service was done in a timely manner. Thank you
