They did a very nice job. Both men provided excellent customer care. Thank you.
I have had several Aptive technicians I have worked with and Linda by far is one of the best. She called ahead and checked in upon arrival per my request. She clarified what the concerns were before she took care of the problems. At the end she let us know she finished and sent us specifics to her service. Thank you! I highly recommend Aptive with Linda as the technician!
Jonathan did a great job. Listened to my concern about the ants and he did some extra work to handle the problem.
The technician that came out was very detail oriented and friendly. I pointed out areas of concern and he made sure to take care of them. He also went above and beyond by cleaning around my shed as well.
Cole was informative and thorough during his visit and explained services for the day and what to expect on future visits.
we were home , she did not let us know she was here. her list was bogus, half of the list i do not even have. backyard not done, dogs would have gone nuts. spiders are all over the place. my sun room next to my garage ( were both cars were parked at the time) is my main entrance to the house could use some aptive attention. stink bugs are out of control , i know they are not your problem, but they are horrible . my daughter noticed your employee work the front of the house and the side. my backyard has an extremely heavy wooden gate that needs to be lifted to open. so that did not happen. acknowledge the home your working on if you notice multiple vehicles in the driveway. ask ( what...Read More
Vernill Roberts was friendly and reviewed what he would be doing. He answered any questions I had.
The person applying the insecticide was very open-minded and willing to listen to our concerns. He genuinely seemed concerned and wanted to make things correct. He stated that the rain would not effect the application.
Very polite and informative. Explained what was going to be treated today.
