Marquis was great to work with, very personable and friendly, but also super efficient in his work.
Jahleil Brown was awesome. He was extremely respectful when he saw our kids playing outside and offered to come back. He was very diligent and able to work around and be respectful of the kids stuff. I would love for him to always be our person.
Friendly and helpful, but I don't think he really sprayed a 3 foot perimeter around the base of the house as I was told would be done.
He did great!! kind, listened well and was helpful explaining things. He did a good job!
James did a great job. Felt he went above and beyond to keep our house and indoor/outdoor space free of bugs.

I went outside in the front to make sure service was done, bc no one knocked on my door to get in my backyard. Dewebbing was not done. I left a web by my front door on purpose to see if they really do it. It was still there including the large spider web on the front porch. I did call and schedule a revisit right away.
Im still waiting to know when are they coming back to finish the job. It was raining (couldnt work on the outside), the guy was in a hurry and after spraying some baseboards (not all of them) he recommended that i fogged every room myself. No one is answering the phone provided on receipt to know when are they coming back...if they are coming back.
Prompt and courteous service. The technician thoroughly explained the applications he applied.
My technician was Sam Illig. He was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the service he was providing and let me know when he was finished and when he would return. He also let me know if I had any issues to give Aptive a call.
