He called right before he got here to check in with me. I asked him to pay special attention to some specific spots. He was very nice, professional and helpful and answered all my questions . Thanks!
He explained what he was going to do and answered my questions. He was very courteous.
Very dissatisfied, didn't show up when was supposed to....didn't call to tell me he was there.... I paid for a service that did not get completed. Horrible impression. The sales advocate was great but the actual service......I'll be requesting a refund

The technician did a wonderful job, but the salesperson assured me that they would spray inside the home. The tech told he they weren’t allowed inside. I feel like the salesperson knew this, but was not truthful.

Aptive Pest Control on boarding process for new customers has been outstanding. First, the sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and professionally dressed. Second, he thoroughly explained the pricing and on boarding process. Third, the company followed up several times via email and phone calls to make sure I completely understood the program I signed up for and to make sure I fully understood I had 3 days to back out of my decision. Fourth, the technician, Josh Clayton, arrived at our house the next day on time and would not start until he was able to reach me and explain the program details one last time before he started.
