While the technician was super friendly and nice. I mentioned a concern over rodents and I do not see this in the summary of what was treated. He said he would call in to make sure I had the rodent plan in place that he wasn't sure was on the account. That was my DAY ONE very specific concern and what I asked for specifically when signing up. I would like to confirm if this was done. Or not, so I can seek this service elsewhere if needed. If it was done I'll raise my rating, if it wasn't this is the 2nd time I've raised this concern, and attempted to contact the customer service with no response. I'm not very pleased as we stand right now. Thank you.

My tech was nice, helpful and listened to my concerns! I didn’t know he was going to show up at 8am at my home so I felt bad he had to wait. If I’m first again for my future appts, it’ll be super helpful if I can know the day before so I can be more ready!

David was excellent. Asked him to do inside but he said indoor service is not allowed yet. Surprised whomever I spoke to in the office did not say that to me when I requested it

I was not satisfied with the service. The tech seemed in a rush, on the phone. The question I had, I was told there is nothing that can be done about it. Please cancel my contract.
