Juan Parker was our technician today.. He was on time, very personable, answered all our questions, did a thorough job ..very professional.. we will be requesting him to return to our home for future appointments...

Yes he did a good job on the interior of the home. Explaining chemicals well. He sprayed the barrier and cracks outside. However the eves could not have been properly done since we STILL have the wasp nest that was here that the sales rep saw. Also i was told by the rep that the lawn would be treated for fleas ticks ants etc. I had assumed that to be true. It was not done to my understanding. When described by the technician as treating Ground coverage isn’t that the LAWN? The sales rep described that. Maybe that was not his job? Also I had to tell him that I was getting treatment for german roaches, apparently he was not aware of our contract? Maybe It was the end of the day and he jus...Read More

AJ came to our house to exterminate. He was friendly from the get go and polite. Not only that he was very thorough on his exterminating and explaining to us what he was going to do. Would like to have AJ be the technician that always services our home.
