Fred was very thorough and professional He explained the treatments and provided rodent traps
The areas that were addressed look great! The gazebo and shed still have some wasp nests on them. I believe the salesman told me those structures would be addressed but I am unsure.

Jeff was very efficient, thorough and professional. He explained in detail the applications he was going to do. Afterwards he made me aware of his findings and what he did to resolve any issues. I'am completely satisfied with the service provided.
The technician today was nice and cooperative and communicated properly, he finished his job so fast, I hope he covered everything (we’ll see)

Horrible. I have literally dozens of wasps nests still on my property. Very very dissatisfied.
Very informative, he explained what he would be doing. Very polite, pleasant and thorough.
No idea if the technician did his job correctly, but what I can tell you is he showed up at 8am. and he was gone before we had a chance to speak w/ him and advise him of the issue we are having. When I called the scheduler she told me my appt was from 1-4pm. He called my cell but your system recognizes my home ph as the number on file. Also he did not ring the bell when my cell was not answered (PH was dead, so didn't know he called) The other thing is when he left his message he stated he was spraying for ants and spiders. When I spoke to the scheduler I never mentioned those 2 bugs. The reason for the visit was for these very tiny red bugs swarming in my back patio.
I feel the technician did a good job just wish we were given an idea of what was being done and a chance to ask questions afterwards. The scheduling procedure and the phone system was the problem !!! Being on hold for 30 minutes twice this morning was ridiculous !! Not sure I want to continue this service if it takes that much time to get a hold of someone.
