I don't k ow why your tech never knock. I know where the problem is. My garage needed sprayed. And bit was not done. I was home the whole day and I didn't see anyone. Have not been outside to see if I still have ants and also need. I always said I wanted the (Tec) to knock. It never happens. That is why I did not give a high rating

When was this service completed, no one called me before hand or sent me a text, no did they ring my bell or come to my door, and there were certain areas I wanted treated? I tried calling twice today and no one answered, after being on hold for over 20 minutes. I can’t rate the service because, I didn’t even know he was here. It would be greatly appropriated, if someone could please call me back. Thank you, Joni Fahey

Very pleased with the initial inspection and treatment. The technician, Clarence L., explained to us what to expect to see in insect activity due to the initial flush of the perimeter at the foundation, and the 30 ft. perimeter spray. He also reviewed EVERYTHING the sales manager introduced, as well as confirming our understanding of the treatment process, contract agreement, online and mobile options, and billing. Would definitely share this service on to others.
