Eric a very polite and approachable and did a great job!
Our technician was very friendly and always asked permission before doing anything (even parking his vehicle in our driveway). He explained exactly what he was there to do and completed the job in an hour. It must be working - starting on the second day after treatment, we haven’t seen a single ant in our kitchen.
Winfred did an outstanding job treating our house. He was very courteous and diligent about giving an explanation of the service he was getting ready to perform and the service that will take place next time. So far, we’re very satisfied.
Miguel was very professional. He contacted us to give us notice of his arrival and went through the work he would provide. He also advised of the new procedures given the situation with covid and the new regulations for the protection of carpenter bees. He listened to my questions and answered all of my concerns. When he finished, he contacted me again to make sure he shared what service he had done and said he had not seen any infestation of any sort. He also assured that if we should find any infestation in the near future, to simply contact Aptive and schedule a service and he’d happily come out. The technician informed me when he arrived. Not really sure of the work that was done. I would appreciate if a report would be available for each visit. However he was very efficient the first time.

Our technician was Ricardo S. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived during the hours we were told he would. He did a very thorough job and explained what he was doing. He did not hesitate to answer any of our questions. And he didn't act as if he was in a hurry and trying to get to the next job. I hope he is our tech every time because I know he will do a good job. So far we are pleased with the service, we will just need to wait t o see if it works as well as it is supposed to.
