I was supposed to be contacted via telephone 30 minutes PRIOR to the technician, coming. the technician was supposed to come inside my home to spray inside also. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE AN AM CONSIDERING CANCELLING DUE TO MY INSTRUCTIONS NOT BEING FOLLOWED!
We just had you guys out for our scheduled service. I’m not sure what he did, but the eves and patio cover still have webs all over them. We were out of town when he came, so we didn’t notice it right away.
Jared was very professional and thorough in conducting the initial service on May 30, 2020.
Aptive Pest Control works all year via periodic technician visits to our house. The techs are all knowledgeable about the multitude of pests that intercede in our building's structure, adjacent gardens, as well as our daily lives. Our particular battle is versus spiders; the techs have no fear, and they both clean away webs and treat hide-outs with their particular anti-spider solutions. Most importantly, these technicians are especially courteous, efficient, and brief in their interactive visits.
If there is zero stars review. They will get it. Terrible service, terrible company, false advertising in a nutshell. They promise you everything, and deliver nothing. I tried to cancel for two days and customer service never answered the phone. On third day I was able to get a hold of a representative and canceled. Not worth it might as well buy a pest spray and sray your house yourself .they said they would spray all of my yard, clear cobwebs. Etc......did none of that. I am glad that I kept my old pest control company and did not cancel with them.
They did a very Good thorough job! And they were Nice people too. Thank you!
Still have waspnest on backside of house. I informed the tech before he started that it was there.
He was really helpful and very friendly . We would not mind To see him again And recommend him to friends and family!
My technician, Pedro Carrero, was very friendly and professional. If possible, I would like for him to be the one who provides my service regularly.
Corys work was very professional, answered question and gave helpful hints for taking care of everything.
