Rockey and his companion were both very polite and explained all that why would be doing during their visit. They asked questions and were responsive to my concerns. So far, River, Rockey and (who was the other fellow?) have struck me as quality individuals and very nice young men. Please remind me of the other young man who was with Rockey. They were also wearing masks and were aware of social distancing. I’m hoping your company’s approach will be effective as I really like to tone of those you send out in the field! This was a follow up call as I was seeing lots of spiders a couple of days after the previous treatment. Ryan did a great job and let me know that he had found two wasp nest and had knocked down and treated. Ryan was very courteous and took time to explain and answer a few question, that I very much appreciated.
