He didn’t do anything. I want my refund. I tried to call you guys many times for at least couple of days.
Reshad Amami did our last service and he was wonderful. He spent time with me walking around the house as i explained different ant and wasp issues we were having, and he was able to identify different ant species on the spot. he provide me with good information and also was able to kill a queen yellowjack on the spot. i hope he is able to come back again for our next service. Thank you Reshad.

I have been trying to reach someone days to cancel this service. Each time I select the current customer option no one answers. When i select new service someone picks but immediately hangs up when they hear that I want to cancel my service. I have had nothing but problem with this service since day 1. I will ne contacting the better business bureau about the fraudulent activities that I continue to experience with this company and its employees. In fact this whole thing now is suspect. I won't let me select anything less than 2 stars
1. The technician came to our house to let us know that the contract stated initial price and term of the contract
2. Told him I’d put away my dogs that were in the back yard and he didn’t even go back there, I had the window opened and I was in the living so there was no way I’d miss him
3. My brother came to the house about 20 minutes after and told us the technician was sitting in his truck on his phone
4. He left and didn’t even tell us he was done, there is no way he finished that quick considering the amount of plants there are... ant piles, and the yard size.
5. Routing manager, Raymundo, stayed they start from the front of the lawn all the way to the door.
I still had spider alive and web on the wall. The technician said he can not do any cleaning from upper chest up. I don't understand how this system works. They don't tell you first that we only clean from our chest level down!!! What was promised to, it would be fumigate everywhere especially area that I am more concerned

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me insect glue box for bathroom where drains could not be sprayed. Great customer service.
