Technician was very polite and professional. He found some ants and was able to take care of them. He also cleared out an old mud dauber nest. Very helpful. I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Adrian was very knowledgeable about the treatment and made me feel he would do a great job. He was on time (pet peeve of mine) and informed me of the treatment and areas he would be targeting today. Did I mention he was very friendly!!!!

I've been an Aptive Pest Control customer for about a year now. All of the technicians do a decent job. However, Parker was our technician yesterday and he went above and beyond! Parker did an EXCELLENT job! Before he started spraying, Parker came into our home and asked what our concerns were, listened, and explained what he was going to do about them. Aptive Pest Control does not actively spray for flying insects, so Parker gave sound advice on how to handle occasional fruit flies. Parker was meticulous in his approach and made sure he hit all the tough spots where scorpions may be. I feel confident in Parker's abilities and thoroughly enjoyed the service he provided.

Tyrell Talley serviced our home in South Florida. He was very polite and professional and he did a thorough job. He did an excellent job all around the property.
He did not wear a mask, and we did not see one available to him. We realize that he worked outdoors, however, we needed to talk to him about a bug we have been finding on our windowsills. He still did not wear a mask or keep social distancing while we talked outdoors. We had our masks on. He was unable to identify the bugs which we showed him in a container. Austin arrived punctual, he is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He let me know exactly what he was going to do, how it helps our yard and reassured me that our puppy was safe to play. For the first time ever having someone work on our yard, I am super happy we went with your company.
