Will showed up, identified himself, explained thoroughly what he would be doing and got to it. When he finished he filled me in on what he did including finding a carpenter bee nest and taking care of it. He also let me know the approximate time of the next service and that I could call with any questions ir concerns. Very well done. Thank you.

Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the treatment . He also told me what to expect and it may require a re application to completely get rid of the mites. Also Kevin had remembered that i had some milkweed growling for monarch butterflies so I felt he valued me as an individual and not just a revenue steam. You are lucky to have Kevin as an employee.
