Today, was the first time I met Spencer Harvey. He telephoned me that he was on his way, which I appreciate. When he arrived, he knocked on the door to let me know he was about to start the service. I found Spencer to be a very nice young man, and I appreciate the thorough service he provided. I have always had excellent service from the Aptive technicians. Showed up right on time, took care of 3 wasp nests (primary concern) and treated the yard and shrubbery bed. Also took a peak above my Garage for assessment of old droppings at my request (bat or mouse) Very professional....was here an appropriate amount of time. Good Job!

There was an area that was missed. I would like someone to come back out to spray outside the garage. I have called to speak with someone and have been on hold for a lengthy period. Not getting any response. Could someone please notify me?

He put in his report that he inspected the area for rodents, and said they were none. He stood over a hole just made by chipmunks, which a continual problem. There are also shells of nuts all around our sunroom, because they live under there. I told him about carpenter ants coming into the garage. He only sprayed the frame of the garage door, not the inside of the garage. He said he spray around our sunroom, but I didn't see it wet anywhere. I told him about spiders and stink bugs around the sunroom and all windows, he just sprayed the bottom half of the windows. He wasn't going to do the upper half of the house until I asked him to, since that is where the stink bugs are the mo...Read More
