Jason was at our home yesterday to spray for bugs, he was very professional, i did see him briefly take a dust brush and go around our house i did not see any bug spray being done around the window, also we were told our lawn would be sprayed for ticks and flees and this was not completed! I want this service completed, we have a dog so that was really one of the selling points! Just so you know, I was not given the service I signed up for. Please follow up and let me know when someone will be back to our home to spray the lawn for ticks and flees! I will not keep the service if I am not getting what I paid for! I still have a wasp nest right by my patio door and wasp activity going on. Also I felt that the sales rep misrepresented the tick treatment. He said the whole lawn would be covered and the service tech said, no only landscape areas which I have very few. I am trying to get through to speak with someone and have been on hold for a half hour. I would like to rescind my contract.
My technician, Jaycob, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it thoroughly.
Nhat was very helpful. He answered all our concerns and provided a good service.
Came in time. Friendly. Took his time. Listened. Good stuff. Covered the outdoor area good.
