I was told when I signed up that they also knocked down wasp nest, spider webs in and around patios,back porch and inside garage etc...none of that was done... That was actually what caught my attention when speaking with the sales agent. If that service isn't available then I will stick with current exterminator.

The tech was friendly and answered all of my questions. Since I didn't receive my email he promised to contact the office and have one sent. I received it the next morning. He was very professional and polite, which is sometimes rare these days. He asked what I was told would be done and did it. He was an excellent representative for your company.

My serviceman was ok but he was NOT EQUIPPED TO SPRAY my eves for carpenter bees. CARPENTER BEES IS WHY I HIRED YOU AND I WAS SPECIFIC TO THE SALESMAN when he came to my door. now it's been almost 2 weeks... MULTIPLE CALLS... HOURS WAITING ON THE PHONE... HOURS WAITING FOR A "SUPPOSED" SCHEDULED VISIT WHICH WAS NOT KEPT AND you did NOT even call me to say that you would NOT BE COMING.... PROMISES OF RETURNED CALLS AND NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SO FAR.... YOU SUCK! I AM ON the phone as we speak with the STINKIN' MUSIC PLAYING waiting for a "SO CALLED" service person to answer. CALL ME... COME OUT AND TREAT MY HOME!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
