Christopher was awesome! He did a fantastic job, was extremely knowledgeable on some questions I had, and was very thorough.
I would like the technician to come out again and spray inside the house. I left instructions with my family to have the technician spray inside. Unfortunately, it was not communicated to the technician. There are a lot of cobwebs in the house and they are still cobwebs outside as well.
Typically we are not home when the technician comes so I don’t know if it’s standard protocol for technicians to spray in the house if the customer is home.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to rate the technician at this time. I only put average because I have no answer yet.

Aaron came today to retreat an exterior area of our house. I discovered some ants inside on the baseboards and window sills of a spare bedroom. He asked a lot of questions so that he would know exactly how to treat the problem. He told me what he would be doing and promptly got to work. Very knowledgeable and very courteous!
I don’t feel that the service is working. Two days after this service I began to see a lot of spider webs and still continue to experience the same today. What can be done about this. I have taken pictures to be viewed by the Aptive. The rating starts doesn’t allow me to give it the proper rating of TWO STARS.

There are still a bunch of cob webs on my windows on the left side of my houses as you look at the front of my house.
They are two larger long vertical windows close to each other. having inspected everything around the house but I did see that those cob webs were left when I know that should have been taken care of. Thank you
The guy was confused and he didn’t know what to do in the house . When I signed the contract, I clearly told the representative what I need and he noted the details. When this person showed up he have no idea what to do . I have a backyard garden also , he didn’t do a spray on it . Plus I told him about the hornets ( yellow jackets) and clearly told him the hideouts but of no use. I was clearly told that it will be sprayed 20 feet from the ground if needed but this guy did nothing.
I am not sure by selecting your company did I make a right choice?

He was thorough and he did a good job. He arrived on time. He practiced social distancing. He also answered the questions I had and explained why.
Very polite, he did an excellent job. He took care of all of our problems. He sprayed the problem areas I requested. I definitely would reccomend him. Excellent job, I am very satisfied.
Our technician today was very nice and thorough. Best technician we have had out here. Thanks.
