Miquel did an inspection prior to talking to me. He mentioned a couple of problems that I did not know about and took care of them in addition to fixing a couple of ant hills that i needed to be done. Great job. Duane D.

Blake was very nice and personable. He did arrive prior to receiving notice from Aptiva, but accommodated my request to do the outside first so *I could get dressed* and contain my 2 cats. He discussed the treatment with me, answered all my questions, and went upon his way promptly. My only complaint is that within 10 minutes of Blake leaving, the Aptiva automated alert called me to say he was within 30 minutes of arriving to perform the treatment.

#1...called your office,to re schedule a appt ,your service man missed.I made three calls. Waited from 11 to 13 mins in all calls. THe service man that came was very polite. He had not been trained in the use of your products . The moth traps he hung up ,fell within 3 hours. he used my tape, he didn't have any. Also the mud nest was not removed from the garage. he used our ladder & left it out. I would not recommend your service.

Spoke with technician about our problems with moles and chipmunks in both 3030 and 3027 Oakridge properties. Technician said he would schedule treatment for both properties.
