the interior was not done and we didnt even know your were here!!! The interior needs to be treated too!

Did not come to the front door prior to starting the service and walked on a newly seeded area of the lawn.. But the service was canceled a day before it was done and he shouldn’t have done the service at all. Not his fault for doing the service he should have been informed of the cancellation. The terrible rating is not for him but for the company that never answers the phone So rescheduling or other customer service can be handled. I will hire another company that places customer service a priority.
