My wife asked to show you our basement so you could treat it after you treated the outside. But you left and she did not get to show you the basement. Did you also treat the yard and the garage? We discussed with the sales rep that we wanted treatment for many other pests before besides spiders and ants. We wanted treatment for fleas, ticks, cockroaches, snails, mice, crickets in the basement, aphids, stinkbugs, wasps, and yellow jackets. The sales rep also discussed treating my yard with granules near the bushes, stacked wood, and the fallen tree in my side yard.

Appreciate the service and attention to detail. Would have liked to have technicians were masks as we have an infant at home. If not wearing a mask, maybe avoid knocking on door, especially if outside only was selected as the option.
