Jason was very thorough. He handled the main issue I had (mites), and also gave me information on another issue, wood-boring carpenter bees, that Aptive does not cover. I appreciate Jason's efficiency. Thank you.

This is my 4 or 5th Aptive service over the last year. The Aptive person didn't had a shoe cover when she entered my house and walked on the carpeted floor. She was not ready to listen to what all services I wanted, instead was keen in finishing off work and leaving early. She didn't offered or let me know what all are the services needed for my concern at this time. Please don't send her again for my service please.
