The service was supposed to be between 1 and 4pm he came before 10 am and didn’t even let my wife know to keep the dogs in or my grandkids Either! Second of all he didn’t even do the inside! This makes the 5th time y’all have serviced my house and only once was it done right! But no matter how many times it still hasn’t done ANYTHING! The fleas are worse than ever!! I’m VERY VERY DISSATISFIED with Aptive!!

Why do they say they take down the spider webs when then don't. Only the 1st guy did a thorough job everyone else didn't touch the webs when they said they did. I walked my house in the morning and all the same webs are there. Don't worry, I took a broom and got them myself. If I don't see a reduction in bugs, I'm going to cancel future treatments.

Our technician was very professional, he let us know when he arrived. He was very thorough with the services and provided a written explanation in great detail of any findings, location and what was done about it. I particularly like that he let me know when he was done so I could lock the gate to my back patio. Thank you for such great service!

Andrew the technician is very nice. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. He came dressed very professionally. I hope he is my regular technician. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that they are hard to reach by phone. I called the office 2 times and held for 20+ minutes with no answer and option to leave a message.
