The technicians knocked and rang our doorbell loudly as we were working from home. We came to the door and they were standing very close (within 6 feet). Before opening our door, we asked them to please back up, and they did not. So we cracked the door and they still did not maintain a safe distance. They were not wearing masks, which is our biggest concern. We are not sure they sprayed in the back of the house, as their total time spent at our house was very short. No confirmation tag was left on the doorknob (as has been invite past), but maybe you are not doing that anymore due to Covid-19. I had no idea he was here! I didn’t get notice that he was on his way and he didn’t come to the door when he got here. I have don’t know how well he did or didn’t do because I didn’t see or talk to him. I wish I had known he was here though. I have no rating. I pushed on a lower star but it filled in all five anyway. This rating service isn’t very good.

Parker was excellent in his communication, knowledge, and service. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was attentive to my requests. He made a great effort to thoroughly take care of all the areas of concern for me. On top of all of this, he was super friendly and professional. It was a great experience today!
