Phillip was amazing from the very start. Very professional and courteous. A kind soul. He was very cautious and concerned for our family’s wellbeing including our children and dogs. I plan on requesting him as our technician in the future. Thanks again, Phillip!

Matt was great, although he did not come equipped to actually do the job properly. He blamed not having a ladder on Aptive not having one in the office. I’m unaware of how things work in the office, but you would think he would have one based on the salesperson’s explaination. The salesperson was William West. He promised your company was able to treat for carpenter bees, not just bees. I would like to see someone out to do the job properly and to the extent I was promised and agreed to.
