Jake introduced himself to me. He explained the duties he was going to perform after I completed some required paperwork. He was pleasant and appeared to be very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and worked with my wife on any specific concerns that she might have. He represented Aptive well and looked like he enjoyed his job. He is a excellent technician. The representative sent for our RE-DO, Matthew Geren, did an outstanding job. He was thorough in his work, removing additional wasp nets, swept webs in the garage and on the house. This was in line with the service I purchased. I believe you would have been very pleased with the exemplary service Matthew provided. Matthew was very professional on the re-do, representing Aptive in a manner any employer would be pleased with. If at all possible, I would prefer that Matthew Geren provide future service on this contract I have with your company. Lorie Otey

The wasps nest that I called about were not knocked down. They are right next to the front door so they are not hard to miss.

We were very happy with our technician Sara today - she was the best we have had so far. She was extremely polite, listened to us as we described where our issues were, and took her time to thoroughly treat our house and surrounding yard for ants, bees, and wasps. She found a nest above our front door and got rid of spider webs we never even saw! I would love to have her treat our yard every time!
