Daniel was amazing! He explained what products he was using for the inside and the outside of my home. He let me know how the products should work and approximately how long it should take before I start to see result. He also informed me that I could call and have additional treatments done at no additional charge if I felt is was necessary.

Showed up like 2 hours earlier then expected my kids were still asleep and you never treated INSIDE of the house... You were nice but that was sucky service

The technician did very good and explained to me on the mites and fleas we have seen in our back yard. He waited until we got one of our dogs that slipped out the door to go check him out. *****I am not satisfied with this company in the whole and will not renew and going to try and probably cx. I have called 4 times and left 2 msgs and then held additional times for someone to answer the phone. I really do not even think you have an office or co - you have kids out in the field selling the service and then you get the cking info and last we ever hear from you. Until the automated phone call comes in which who the ......wants a phone call at 8am on a Sunday morning. Very poor service ...Read More
