Arrived early evening on the scheduled day. Very professional, helpful and addressed everything of concern that I had written down for him. Did address the inability of Aptive to be contacted via phone. Tried numerous times, and the automated phone never answered the selected menu. One time I was on hold for over 30 minutes!!!!!! Very frustrating. Sorry that the technician has to deal with customer complaints. Please take care of your phone system. Have always been pleased with your pest control but if you are unable to be reached it will create a problem.

The Aptive technician Kyle Henson 5 did an outstanding job. He deserves the $5 bonus but when I click on the link to to apply it fails only showing me the XML code.
