The sales person who sold us your service & the first person who did the initial treatment were both excellent in answering questions & pointing out what to look for. However, this week, for our first quarterly service, we were not notified that he was coming. Then, after the service which only took around 10 min, he left without telling us what he saw; we did not see him check/walk around the lawn 20-30 ft from the house; he did not comment about the “bait” box which was left the first time and we had told him it had been moved twice by animals (is it to be “refilled” or ?)
