For an entire year under contract, I've had to constantly go around the house to get rid of everything that was supposed to have been done by their technicians. Wasp nest, spider sacks, webs, etc. I report said issues and ask for their "free retreatment" and never get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Kelton did an outstanding job and truly went about and beyond what previous techs have done here. Ge deserves a bonus or some type of compensation for his work. I have had a lot of services completed at my home and he is truly a young man and strong work ethics and highly motivated. I would have been honored to have a soldier working for me with his work ethics.

I loved the work done by Rigo and Sophie. I would have given 5 stars if they would have worn masks while closely talking to me and had maintained proper social distance. The next time I would like for their safety and mine to wear masks when talking to me or anyone in my home. They were both very nice, efficient and courteous and I don't want this comment to affect them. Just info for the next time they are servicing my house.
