He did the job well, but according to Austin Mayor : "In addition, a Stay Home, Mask and Otherwise Be Safe order was issued on June 22, 2020, that includes parts of the Health & Safety for Businesses order, issued on June 17, which directs all businesses to implement a health and safety plan related to COVID-19 by June 23, which includes a requirement for employees and customers to wear face coverings in most circumstances. Please see the order for details." We asked your technician to put his mask on to come treat inside the house, he said he did not have a mask. So we did not get the inside treated. Please comply with the orders that were issued for Austin. thanks

Jaret came to the front door and we discussed the work that he would do to complete our quarterly service. He explained the work to us, and I warned him to avoid spraying the back garden near the house due to the vegetables that I’ve planted. He was very pleasant to deal with.

Shawn did an outstanding job today. He took care of my house as if it was his own house. He sprayed all my back yard as it was needed, did my garage in and out, sprayed all around the fence and took care of those slugs. He was very professional calling an hour ahead ringing the door bell when he got there and prior he left. I love this king of workers. Thank you for such an amazing work Shawn. I wish I could have you coming out to treat my yard moving forward.

The appointment notice was sent on the same day. Blake literally arrive a few minutes after they sent notice. I would expect at least a day early will give me enough time to respond. Because I was not expecting him to arrive, I was not able to tell him all my concerns. To be fair, he did what I told him. However, I was expecting him to inspect the yard. Unfortunately, he missed the spider webs on the front bushes which are in plain sight when he was treating the windows. This is not the first time this happened. The first guy who perform the treatment, missed the same spots. He acknowldege it but did nothing. I understand it is easy to miss spots with ants or spiders. But this could...Read More
