I would like to request Hawk (the last technician who treated our home) for all going forward treatments. I am very particular about the pest treatment of our home and he is very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the habitual nature of field mice we often get and gave some knowledge of spider habitat preferences. I really appreciate technicians who know what they are looking for and how to best protect our home instead of any 'joe' who just carries a can around the house for a couple of sprays and leaves.

You were not supposed to come today. I was not home, the gate was locked. There’s no way you did a proper job. I am very upset.

James Bush is very knowledge about his, he explained about different insects that he sprayed. they other service tech I had was as well train. He was newly hired, He was still learning. When newly hired it takes 6 months to learn job. I asked James up front you have experience. I knew the minute he started talking to me. He grew up military& served military. I picked up also. We relocated from Massachusetts in 1984 job related. I grew large Air Force Base. James explained everything very clearly what he did. I think from know on. I will go out and watch the service tech make certain they hit every spot after watching James.Very pleased. much better job done than first. Marion Mazur
