Maurice Allison arrived early and knock on my door to make sure I was aware he was here. I also showed him some areas of my yard that needed treatment. He took care of my problem. He was so nice and a gentleman. You can send him over to my place for the next treatment.

Bryan Howlett is the technician that completed the service at my house. He done a great job, very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any/all questions that I had. He was also very professional and had a great personality.

The service guy came out this morning, I can't remember his name but he explained everything to me as far as what was done and what he was going to do. I asked him a few questions and he fully answered them all. What I didn't understand was, since the first service was the beginning of June and I had webs in the front and rear of my house, why was there no additional chemical put down? I would think after one month I would not see new webs around the house. I did tell him I thought if all he was going to do was basically dust around my house this visit was a waste. Please hire more people like him. But I originally call for mosquito treatment and he was send to retreat my house and do the mosquito treatment and I come to find out that you Guys don’t do mosquito treatment, so I don’t understand why I was told he was going to treat for mosquito when you don’t offer that service. Very disappointed not with Pedro he was awesome, but with the Aptive company for lying, I will finish my contract and not do business with y’all no more.
