Not as thorough as the first treatment. The first employee was extremely thorough in dispensing the liquid. The worker who came this time was not as aggressive.
Missing services : requested “mice ‘ preventive measures, 2nd request for this service, also interior house spray not completed : 2nd request; todays scheduled maintenance unexpected, should be a prior notification so preparations could be made.
Joey did a great job outlining the work he was going to complete and how it fits into the broader treatment plan.

Jarrell was very thorough and exceptionally polite. His ready smile and people skills are excellent and from his non verbals and demeanor you can tell he is genuinely interested and engaging in his conversation with you. Besides that our dog likes him.

This is not directly about the technician providing work as he stated the system was down but it told him it was our first service and to do all cracks and crevices on concrete surfaces and the spiders along the fenceline. He did not do this service. I called to reschedule to make it right and the 855 number on the card is not in service. I made it through from my invoice but they have still not been out to perform what I paid for.
Deno White and his co-worker are very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job covering all areas plus giving me some advice on areas to check in case there are bugs. Logan, sales rep, is very professional and friendly as well. They are all a pleasure to talk with and a breathe of fresh air in this trying time. I highly recommend Aptiva for all your needs.
Collin Nicholson came out Thursday. Rang the bell to let us know he was there and what he was going to do. He made sure I had received the initial email with the contract. My eaves look great. Cleared of the clinging nest and I could see where he spray along the base of the house. He was very considerate and did a great job.
Our technician was great. Very polite and easy to talk to and most willing to honor my requests. Unfortunately, I did not get his name!
Excellent service and knowledge of how to take care of the job! Couldn't be happier!
