Jason was very kind and respectful. He explained in detail what he would doing prior to beginning the service. He checked with me again at end of service to see if I had any concerns and encouraged me to call if I felt I need a re-service prior to the next scheduled application.

I waited a few weeks before writing my technicians review to make sure I didn't wrongly rate him. He was very pleasant when he came to the house. He explained what he would do and it didn't cover some of the areas I had discussed with the sales manager. I told him he needed to spray the bathrooms as well as around the doors. I asked if he would spray around the outside of the windows and door frames and he said he wasn't allowed to spray above his shoulder height. I was told by the sales rep that they would spray them as that is where I have a problem with a lot of spiders and bugs. He said he would knock down all of the webs and nests too.
