My appointment today went very well. David was extremely professional. David was extremely friendly and helpful. He completed the job and even offered extra help with anything else I needed being that my ankle is broken. I would highly recommend him. My salesman Sebastian was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely friendly as well. Both of them made for a great team that you guys have working for you.
Prompt, efficient and contentious. Very pleased. Now we'll wait and how how well the production works!
Ryan seems to of done a good job. Our salesman did a good job also. They were both very nice and informative. I believe as time goes by we will see if it did good on trying to rid our property of critters.
Both the person who came to offer and explain the service and the technician who performed the service were very polite and personable...now to see if my spiders and creepy crawlers are gone!

The tech who serviced our property did not spray indoors, the garage or around the pool deck like advertised. He also used granules outside in our backyard when we specifically requested none. This is due to us having young children, dogs and chickens. The tech who handled our contract agreement on Saturday, July 4th 2020, made sure to note that in our profile. If this is the level of service Aptive strives to have our 12 month contract will be pretty useless and money down the drain.
Prior to my appointment, I called into the office and specifically asked that the interior of the home be sprayed (kitchen, bathroom, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms) due to ants and spiders. I was assured that this would be taken care of. I received the call that the technician was coming out, and I had hoped that he would ring the door bell for entry. He did not. The exterior of the home was done, and he left without making contact. I am very disappointed that my request was not fulfilled.
Nick came and introduced himself and did a fantastic job. Thanks nick and the whole Aptive team.
Very nice and polite. He took care of the issues right away. He even assisted with having customer service update my account to reflect the tenants phone numbers.
