He was friendly and very professional. He let me know when the service was completed, and was so friendly.
Steven Krull my technician showed up on time. We went over my issues and troubled areas. He removed all the spider webs and debris off my soffits which I was very happy that they look so much better. I had ants crawling on my deck and I haven’t seen an ant since treatment. I can now grill out there without them crawling in my legs!! 🙌🏻. All my issues were addressed and I am bug free inside and out and happy with service.

I am leaving a terrible review as this is the third time I’ve called specifically to have our trees sprayed and each time being told how sorry they were and they’d reschedule and get it corrected. Today the technician who was very nice once again stated he didn’t have the supplies to spray the trees which is why we called. This is very frustrating as I watch my trees die from bag worms. Why have a pest service if they can’t help when called. This makes me want to change companies as the quality of services continues to decline.
He was very nice, helpful and very thorough. He got into every nook and cranny.

you did not do service on myproperty you should be fired immediately
Yesterday was a bit of a challenge at my house - with the pandemic everything has to occur outside, and the neighborhood kids find my yard the most interesting. Your technician, Damon Batts, showed up in the middle of chaos, and was friendly, professional, and thorough, navigating between construction workers, piles of dirt, 8 kids, and two dogs. I am really pleased with everyone who has come out from Aptive, but wanted you to know what a stellar employee you have in Damon!
I can’t leave anything more since it was checked off that dewebbing was performed and there are webs all over the place so it was clearly not completed. How can I trust that the area was sprayed and sprayed correctly. I think a partial refund is in place for fraudulent work.
Both Quentin Atkins and his associate were very helpful explaining what they were doing and why. They listened to me about what pests I was seeing and used products for my pest issues. They were professional and on time.
