ZERO STARS, the worse piece mess service I ever received in my 65 years. Show up at my door without calling to say on my way. The UDA is in a Pandemic, no face mask no shoe over, I had to touch his phone to see a contract and sign, he did not keep his distance, and the service took him 5 minutes. This company get minus 5 stars and will add to social media.
I am a new customer and I want to say that the service I received from Mr. Noe Medrano was outstanding. He explained everything in great detail, made me feel comfortable, and gave me great customer service (something you don't see anymore). I would appreciate it if Mr. Medrano could continue to be my pest guy for future visits. Thank you for your committed service.
Typically I give the guys who come here 5 Stars *****. Today, not so much as they left our back gate open and our 3 Labs (who we keep in the house when they are here) got out! One was a 9 week old puppy! NOT GOOD! :(
Michael was polite, efficient and very helpful when it came to any questions we had. He was careful when he sprayed around the interior of the house to make sure that our cat would not be affected. He pointed out a couple of areas where ants might be getting in the house and suggest how we might block them with caulk to seal the cracks.
The tech showed up at 9pm. He never look up from his phone the time. He never once looked for any sign of pest. The service not worth paying for!
He was very thorough and personal. Saw things we didn't call about that needed to be taken care of and took care of them. Thanks
