Very friendly, explained the service, and reminded me that I can have the property re-treated for no additional cost if needed since today was so rainy. Andrew W. offered to treat the inside of the garage as well (I declined), but I appreciated that he asked!
We requested inside service and took our dogs to a neighbors house. The service person did not ring the doorbell to let us know he was here. Supposedly did outside service but we did not see him. Very disappointed. I thought your agents called before coming but they should at least knock. Called 2 hours ago and spoke with rep who could not reach the agent. Said someone would contact me regarding the issue. No call back yet.
Very poor service!!
Donnelle was very courteous and professional while spraying the house and reminded us to call if we have any more bugs.

Eric Dawes was very informative and located a few bee hives and nests in which he rid of. Very friendly and did a great job even when the outdoor weather was extremely hot outside. He’s one of my favorite that has treated my house.
Your Technician Jennifer Oxley recently made a service call to my home and I feel absolutely compelled to let you know how thorough and professional Ms. Oxley was. She must have made around 4 trips around the entire perimeter of my house and then even covered the perimeter of my driveway. She also used an extended dust mop looking tool to treat all my windows. I have never seen your people do this. The usual application takes approx. 10 minutes but Ms. Oxley worked quickly and efficiently for over 20 minutes. I believe you are quite fortunate to have this person on your staff. She clearly possesses a very strong work ethic.

Karlin and Mark were courteous and professional. They deserve the $5 bonus because they needed to service the inside of our house. In this time of Covid, they are risking their good health for customer satisfaction. We appreciate them.

Technician came and notified us he was here. Sprayed outside and never came in. I had to call to reschedule someone else to come out. I hope they do not charge me until they come out. Thinking this might be the last time as y’all have not done a very good job lately.
