Mr. Perez was amazing today! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure to locate every nest and mound on my property despite the current overgrowth! He explained the safety of the products used and answered all questions as I answered them. He was personable and even entertained questions asked by my 6 yr old. It was a pleasant experience after the appointment requested for Monday was moved to Tuesday without contacting me. I considered cancelling, Armando made the difference in his initial approach and I happily signed my contract.

Nathan provided service on the day that I had agreed to purchase this service, he arrived within the anticipated appointment time, He was friendly, professional and despite excessive heat of the day he got the exterior of the house/yard completed and worked with me on when to return to do interior of home (since I had just moved into the home a few days prior to service and interior access was limited and I was able to arrange alternate options for treating my home's interior spaces. I was pleased with Nathan;s service..Carol P
