I would like Eric Stother to provide my service every time or someone trained by him if possible. I was charged for service that was not completed and claimed it was done when no one showed up to my property. I called customer service and they told me the technician might have done the work at another location but did not explain how that is possible when my account was charged. I was home the entire day and have cameras in front and back of home and no one showed up.

This was just my first service however I was very happy, they showed up an hr early the technician went through every detail of the account and made sure I understood each step. I asked many questions and he explained them all with patience and most important he was COVID PREPARED. One of my grandkids has a heart condition so I am very hesitant when it comes to letting anyone in the house. He had covers on his feet and a mask. I expect my next service to continue to be on this level or even better.
