One of the best technicians we've had. He worked in detail. Will love to have him again.
He was great and detailed with job
A phone call before arrival would have been good
Technician sprayed two dog beds. Is this normal? Also, technician did not spend much time in backyard spraying foundation. Seemed to stand in one area for a few minutes not doing anything.
El was great. Very knowledgeable and took care in her work. Easy to communicate with as well.
John was very good at addressing areas where wasps and bees were present. I was going to asking that he spray the ceiling of our garage where another nests was present before he left; but did not get a chance to talk to him.
Nathan was courteous and professional. He made sure we were aware of what he was treating and how. He also was extremely thorough throughout his time at the residence.
James Bush did a great job. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional and explained what he was going to do... and addressed how he would approach solving the issue of my hornets! He checked with me before leaving and was eager to answer any questions or concerns I had.
I was not happy in the lack of detail to the ceiling and fixtures in the front of my home with their getting the mess from the bugs
The technician explained in detail what he was there to do and was polite.
There was people inside the house how come no one attempted to Knock on the front door because we have not had our service done inside since April I believe last year is what I was told when I called the customer service down in Washington I maybe wrong so I really needs to be a better way of communicating with the customer This falls on the company not on the tech because I own seven homes and the company calls and sends me text messages saying how to track where the tech is arm arm I was never there so it would be a lie if I rated the check but I’m extremely extremely disappointed with this companyYou guys did the beat and switch on me you sent out a young girl that promised me the wo...Read More
