Your agent was professional and courteous. When he arrived, I was in the bathroom so I was unable to go to the door. In an effort to reach me, he called on the phone. I was able to talk to him and gave him instructions on what to do outside the house. Before he left, he gave my daughter precautionary measures about the exterior portion of the house.
He was very nice, very thorough and helpful! We appreciate his help very much!

DID NOT DO MY BACK YARD THE FRIST TIME SAID THEY WOULD RETURN ON TUESDAY ,WELL IT RAINED SO THEY DID NOT COME BACK.SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED THE BACK YARD BUT NOW THEY SAY I HAVE TO PAY A 104.00 DOLLARS AGAIN.I FOR ONE WILL BE GETTING OUT OF THIS ONE !
Quan did a phenomenal job! He made sure he was able to get every corner we needed! He was very professional, polite, friendly and best of all listened to all my concerned about our spider infestation (yikes!). Loved how he was able brushed away all our cobwebs around our exteriors and took off a wasps nest. He explained what he planned to do and also when he completed the treatment. Thanks Quan! Seems to have disregarded notes on card that were requested via email and then on phone today. Many spiders and spider webs remain in veranda and garage. Did not spray extra in areas requested. I have video and I have photos of the spiders and webs after the cleaning. Last month I had to request a comeback call. Will likely cancel as service quality has declined.
