My technician was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that any questions were answered and that I understood what she was going to do. There was a storm coming and got a heavy rain but she stayed until the job was complete.
Was supposed to have new rodent bait traps/existing bait traps refilled. The tech was not told about it so had no bait traps. Waiting for someone to contact me about when they will be out to take care of the rodent bait traps.
I feel you need to come back and complete what was promised. The spider webs were not cleaned from eves or even front door. I didn't see spraying done in garage and the back yard boundary (a white fence)was not sprayed.
I will say the ant issues has improved though
The flee & tic treatment was done, need a re visit. Nice young man
He forgot to leave ant traps & did not brush around front door.
I asked about flying “no see-ums” tech did not know. Did some research & ???? They are fungus gnats??? Do you know anything about them? How to get rid of? What causes them? I tossed my one & only plant. I don’t have food lying around.
i do not know how long the service was but it didn't even last for 15 mins... didn't see him go to the back yard to spray the same way the first service was and i do not know if he checked the box for the rats ... so i am just wondering if how long the service would be and the garage door he didn't even ask me to open it for him to respray it.. please advise if that is suppose to be the 2nd service... thank you and have a great day, he didn't even tell me that he is done like the first service was... so am i expecting too much regarding the service ??? I didn't do out due to my dogs ... then, do i need to watch him to do it again if needed???? please advise...
