this is ridiculous. The service rep left the house without telling me where he put the rat traps. I've trying to get a hold of the service rep by calling the center all day. Kept getting false promises that someone will contact me. But on one did. It shouldn't have to be like this. Now i have to fear that my dogs might get hurt from the rat traps they put down.

Our first service, and Cody was great! He introduced himself first and was very friendly and informative. He brushed away all the webs, and sprayed the exterior. Great!
